About me.........

I am Peruvian and South American by birth and upbringing but educated in English and European thought and culture.

My art has always been influenced by these sources. I have been a painter for most of my life and always combined painting and sculpture with jewellery design.

I have now moved into jewellery. My understanding of colour theory and use of materials plays a major role in the one-of-a-kind pieces I design and make.

I source and select from producers worldwide, including Peru, and will cut, hand polish and finish the stones myself, in some cases forging or melting silver on to the stones.

In 2008 I have been shorlisted for the Gift of the Year Award and 6 of my designs have been licensed by the V&A as inspired by their collection.
