Terms and Conditions

1. All pieces made by Maria Helena Spector are individually made and may therefore vary.
   
2. All of Maria's designs are one-off pieces or limited editions. Therefore not all models are always available.
   
3. You need to allow 2 weeks for delivery from receipt of order.
   
4. We must receive 100% of the price of the products when orders are placed and the balance including delivery charges before we can dispatch your order.
   
5. All prices are exclusive of delivery charges.
   
6. We will of course replace damaged goods due to manufacturing faults.
   
7. All designs are the property of Maria Helena Spector Jewellery.
   
8. The price agreed at the time of order confirmation is the set price on the invoice.
   
9. Prices cannot be guaranteed from order to order due to precious metal price fluctuations.
   
10. Methods of Payment. We can take credit card and Maestro payments over the phone or cheques by post, or BACS payments directly into our bank account.
    
11. Delivery charges are as follows
    To the United Kingdom by insured post:
    500 gm £6.50
    1000 gm £9.00
    2000 gm £10.00
    To Europe and Worldwide:
    We would need to know your full address, the weight of your order and the size of the parcel we would send you, in order to give you a quotation. As an example, 1000 gm would cost about £24 to Europe and £26 to send to the USA by a freight carrier. Sending by insured post would be about 20% cheaper.
